Find Care & Housing
Most if not all Agencies have Personal Care aides that will come and shower someone, get them dressed and if needed will change bedding.
You can schedule someone 2 or 3 days a week.
Some will have "caregivers" that do this others have certified employees (CNA's) Certified Nurse's Aid or Assistant different states have different terms.
Call a few agencies in your area and ask about this service and how much they charge.

Yes you can hire an outside agency to send a CNA to get your mom in the shower, or even just to give a sponge bath. LO's often will cooperate much better with a stranger when it comes time to get a bath or shower, than they will with a family member. And in between her showers you can use the extra large body wipes to clean her off. Good luck.
