Sister takes care of aging mother with dementia. Does she get benefits of Medicare if she’s still under 65? Is that the parents’ Medicare or is that Medicare to the caregiver sister?

Medicare is health insurance for seniors (65+) or disabled persons.

It would not cover that.

No. In some states, there are programs that help caregivers. You will have to research them for your own state. But they are not a part of Medicare. In some states there is some home help if your parent is on Medicaid. I think that you will need the help of your local council on aging or some help from social worker contact outreach your mom's docs may supply to see what you can avail yourself of in your own instance.
